Pilates is for all levels. We adapt each exercise to your body so you progress safely and steadily, from first class to advanced work. If you are pregnant, post-surgery, or have osteoporosis or pain, tell your instructor so we can tailor your session.
Pilates trains the pelvic floor by coordinating breath with deep core activation, improving strength, endurance, and neuromuscular control. This can support postpartum recovery, aid men following certain pelvic or prostate conditions, and enhance overall stability, posture, and urinary continence. Improved pelvic floor function may also benefit sexual function by supporting blood flow, tissue health, and comfort. If you have pain, a diagnosed pelvic condition, or recent surgery, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
The sweet spot is 2–3 sessions per week. One class helps you learn and maintain, two builds strength and posture, and three accelerates results. Expect early changes in 2–4 weeks and clearer gains by 6–12 weeks. Consistency matters more than intensity.
